I used to be an civilian A&P Mech on a army U21 that had PT6's on it and they are a high torque engine and very durable, one of the fun jobs was setting the Z Gap for mating the props in sync. I was also in on tearing the the PT6 apart at the C flang and grinding the veins down due to it having a hot start problem twice. With this airplane having an auto prop governor on it and a one button for start that would eliminate human error for both of the problem we used to have with these engines (IMPRESSIVE) Loving this plain already!!!

Question for those that know about the auto throttle. Sometimes when you want to descend and slow up fast. You reduce your throttle and have the propeller in a low pitch so that those big five blades work as an air brake. Other times you want to slowly descend but not slow up that much so you leave the propeller in a higher pitch. With the auto throttle how do you accomplish this?

Nice aircraft. However, I still think the Celera 500L is going to turn the industry on its head once it's released. Everyone talks about the Celera's ugly look. I think it looks fine. Besides, who cares what it looks like when it's cruising at over 400Kts and can go over 4,000Nmls on a single tank with 7 passengers? Private transporters and airlines will all be switching over because of the low cost to operate.
