Good video. Can you do a video on the difference between Piling and WELL foundation? Do we prefer Pile foundation over WELL foundation for a 2 storey house? How can we know which one to chose without doing a soil test? And cost comparison between the two?

Hi, Pile and well foundations, both are deep foundations. By the way, We are planning for a foundation series.

hi pile cap is necessary for all rotary Pilling my home there is 26 pile and some piles have mistakes,they said need to apply three pile cap ,others are saying need to apply 26 pile cap.i am totally confused. what is your opinion?

Firstly you should consult with a structural designer with the soil test report. Foundation is the main part of the building. Don’t take a chance. A consultant can decide about the No of pole caps.

One pile is enough for one pile cap, in the case of small loads. We should find the superstructure load before designing pile cap.

Single pile cap ആണെങ്കിൽ mat സെന്റർ ചെയ്ത് വെച്ച് column reinforcement അലൈൻ ചെയ്തതിനു ശേഷം Cap കാസ്റ്റിങ് ചെയ്യണം എന്ന് മാത്രം. ബാക്കി എല്ലാം ഏകദേശം ഒരുപോലെയാണ്.
