palagay ko po marami pong magkaka interest na layman tulad ko if gumawa kayo ng specific vlog po kung paano install ang precast concrete column at panel for fencing para dun sa mga balak mag diy fencing ng mga lupa nila. need po ba special equipment para jan? marami po ako nakikita producers ng precast panel at column at siguro meron basic na paraan paano sila install

Good day Sir pwede po makahingi ng advice may lupa po kc kami na kailangan ng slope protection, ngayon nag paqoute po kami sa magkaibang contractor yung isa micro pile at concrete nailing ang gagawa nya yung isa naman po ay riprap.yung lupa po kc ay doon tumatakbo ang lahat ng tubig kapag nagkakaroon ng malakas na ulan kaya nagkakaroon po ng erosion,ano po kaya ang maisa suggest nyo na mas mainam yung micro pile and concrete nailing or yung riprap po

Kung natural grade and you have enough space, I suggest riprap kasi mas cheaper, as long as you do a slope of 1 vertical to 4 horizontal. (1:4) But kung limited yung space, you have to resort on pile system (driven, bore, micro, helical..whatever available and cheaper) However, mag pa quote ka din ng sheet piles (3rd option) along your property beside waterways. The advantage of this is you can put a regular footing anywhere inside your lot. I hope that helps. Thanks

First of all we need to know the weight of the structure, then read the soil report and look for "soil frictional resistance". That will lead you on how to calculate number of pile required and as well as the size and length. However, there are geotechnical report that comes with a complete recommendation, they suggest the ideal pile types(driven, bored, helical etc.). But it still depend on the structural designer which one they want to use or sometimes the pile-type selection depends on availability in the market in that area. I hope that gives you a basic idea. Those are typical soil properties that can be provided by geotechnical report. Just add it in your request during soil exploration investigation. Thanks
