Thanks for the review. I would make my own frosting and add crushed Oreos. Not a fan of canned frosting since homemade is so easy and tastes so much better. Basically butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and milk.

This frosting came as a huge surprise. I was truly expecting crushed Oreo throughout.

@@TamiDunn yes they cheap out by using plain vanilla and giving a few crushed pieces to top it with. I’m sure most people are disappointed with it.

What I did was empty the creme into a bowl, add a little less than half of the crumble and used my mixer. I used the remaining crumple as topping like you did!

I bought these and they didn't have the frosting so I'm using Vanilla Cream Cheese and making the stuffed cookies 😋 seen on the box. You just substitute butter in place of the oil and reduce the amount of water. Maybe the chocolate flavored one is more like the Oreo flavor. We both have the vanilla.

I’ve never stored leftover frosting in the fridge, haha!! We don’t use this brand, but we’ve had an open container in the pantry for months at no problem. I also love how they kept the “Funfetti branding” even though there’s no rainbow theme going on lol.

I definitely think the next oreo video with the chocolate cake will make a huge difference, would've been fun if they just marketed the vanilla one with golden oreos. Seems like these are just a "cookies n cream" type of cake.

We store frosting a room temp.. even when opened. Sometimes it goes in the fridge, depends on how warm it is but that was a total deception from Pillsbury... packaging it as if it were Oreo and it is literally just their vanilla frosting. Sorry but that is false advertisement in my opinion lol.
