They should make it so that tents and encampments are only tolerated on public lands between 9pm and 9am or if the temperature drops below a certain point. During the day it is move it or lose it. If that were enforced, word would get out that San Diego is not the place to set up camp.

Whenever you see a homeless encampment be sure to thank a “homeless advocate” as they are 100% responsible for this disaster. It is because of their countless lawsuits that we now have court rulings that provide blanket immunity from prosecution for just about any crime a wretched, violent, larcenous, druggie “unhoused” person may commit as they destroy communities up and down the West Coast with impunity.
