What the hell?! I'm a student and just got solo endorsement last month. I'm going to be flying to New Bedford regional this week and I decided to watch some videos on my lunch break of my favorite aviation channel and this video popped up and I was surprised to see New Bedford regional 😂😂😂.

Pilot Institute posted this video an hour ago, at the same time I was looking up information on Class D in the FAR for a refresher on the details. But of course it's hard to read. How did you guys know I needed this?

I'm a bit confused at the 5:36 mark. If you're under a class C you don't need a Mode-C transponder or ADS-B. It's overflying (or inside obviously) the charlie when you need that equipment. "....Above the ceiling and within the lateral boundaries of a Class B or Class C airspace area...."
