That plane is a Zoomer for sure! It's too late for this year, but it'll be on my Spring buy list for sure once my skills improve on the simulator over the winter. I'm super excited for the 4S speed with the ability to go to 6S in the future. The only non SMART plane I have now that does that is my Cessna. But its scale and much slower. They're also taking advantage of that denser foam they utilized in the wings of the Habu and Conscendo. Now I have to figure out if I want to use my HH redemption on the Yak 130 or the V1200. Thankfully, I have a few months to decide.

Well I've Flown mine about 20 times now. Took about 15 of those times, to finally figure out how to NOT have it Torque roll on the takeoffs. Had to replace the fuselage once, and a few broke blades. But If any of you are struggling with getting it to take off smooth. What I figured out was get it moving, and as soon as it comes off the ground, just back off the throttle tiny bit and she will fly without any torque roll. Other then that I have not had any problems with landings or flying it.

No the Gear on the Viper is better. I love the v1200 but the landing gear suck. You can have a perfect landing and roll out. And still have to bend the gear back abit to get them to close. But its not terrible.

INSANE! I really like this plane but they over did it on the price IMO. I love my v900's but my latest blew apart mid air on the first flight. Wing broke right at the mounting brackets. Hopefully this ones beefed up. I think my v900 was just a case of poor china QC.

Fly a real pattern, just like a full scale airplane. Slow down with a little power, and learn to fly the model slow with power. Don't start off real high on final with the power chopped. You will make some bad habits, that absolutely will not work with larger heavier/heavier wing loading models. Always fly a pattern, and learn to fly the model safely in slow flight. You don't want to just point the model at the threshold and chop the power. Cool plane, and nice video.

So Eflite was smart and gave it landing gear this time time, instead of that damn unpredictalbe V900 hand launch plane that I was dumb enough to buy. That hand launch was a 50/50 proposition with that stupid thing, until I finally destroyed it. You can bet I'll be trying this one!!

Very, very impressive. This is quite heavy plane ~2.6kg with wing area 23.0 sq dm, the calculated stall speed is about 55kph. This plane needs a perfect runway and a perfect landing, otherwise be ready to replace retracts after every landing.

I have a V900 and am very interested in this plane although, 6S Lipos can get a bit pricey especially when typical flight times will be under five minutes . You guys were the first video I have seen to some flight time info for the V1200. Great video, thanks.
