True, but B787 doesn`t travel faster than a rifle-bullet. My dad did New York to London in 2hrs 54 mins on Concorde one of the very fastest crossings of the Atlantic. B787 is a good aircraft but Concorde was different class😀

@@edwardwilcox6606 May never see anything like it again, as far as passenger aircraft go. Just too expensive to maintain. There is a particular video from a passenger on a Concorde flight and it was going Mach 2.0 at 55,000 feet. What an experience it must have been!

@@aynako1538 Indeed, I went on it twice & the take-off & landing were spectacular, the landing more so because you come in so fast & you`re thinking what the heck then suddenly the incredible brakes haul you down to walking speed so quickly. Also when the pilots turn on the afterburners you get a push in the back & thats at over 700mph! Quite the experience overall & you get to rub shoulders with celebs too!!
