this is kind of small but if it's not worth a video I was wondering do you have a good recipe for browning? the store stuff here has preservatives and other weird stuff so I make it myself, I caramelize brown sugar really dark and add water and salt, but not sure the ratios and how far to take it. mine definitely smells and tastes like burnt sugar but I feel like that's the point? at least it works well in the stuff I use it for and to give anything a toasty flavor/color. but I'm sure I'm not doing it totally right so I'm all ears for tips

@@feedandteach nice! also meant to mention it’s great to speed up caramelized onions, a lot of stuff i read says it’s ONLY for color but it totally helps stuff get toasty way faster too
