Pimiga on a 500 does sound cool. Pretty happy to be honest how it runs on my Elitedesk or the 400... Thanks Chris. If I ever do pull the trigger on the a Pi500 I will give it a crack.

I hate those Pi keyboard thingies 😂 ever since my Pi 400 decided to run fine with Pimiga3 but not with Pimiga4, I have this urge to just throw them out of the window!! I got a Pi5 now, it works FINE with Pimiga4. And looks good next to my Commodore64x ❤

Now that Pimiga4 works on the Pi500, I'll be waiting for the Pimiga 5 update in the future for a true Amiga 500Pi 🙂

Hi there! I would like to use an old original Competition Pro with my PC an Pimiga but it has the 9pin connection. Has anyone a tipp which of the adapters on amazon or elsewhere does work with that.. so i can connect the 9pin joystick cable on one side and have a usb-connector on the other side? Pi 500 is nice, that and the new monitor are a nice little combo. I should have a side by side with the 500 and my Amiga 500 with pistorm and rgb2hdmi.

You need to use the split. The original version did not have five support.

The fact that they moved all the ports around on the back of the pi500 is very annoying. Various things I had plugged in to my pi400 now don't fit!

@@ChrisEdwardsRestoration I was not editing the files manually, just clicking around the main config window of Amiberry. I now figured out the config files got changed/paths to "images" removed - I have no idea what exactly was changed/deleted......
