Hi I left the comment about the carburetor jet extensions, if you decide to use those you will need a special float to clear the longer tubes they have notches in them, I use the nitro fill floats they work great and do not take on fuel like the old ones do over time. You probably will only need to replace the one on the secondary side of the carburetor they usually get the fuel starvation. Good luck Racing this year!

Nice to see you back on track, the trailer yah 45° your bumper and extend your receiver 3"-6" that is what I did, the ramp there are a couple things,1 just raise the tongue or buy a heavy piano hinge full width of ramp add extra foot onto the ramp then block the ramp at the hinge, what we did starting out for tires, sell all your old ones cheap and buy used ones till eventually you can build up a stock, it's almost like starting over again, remember what that was like 😉.I hope that will help some.🏁🇺🇸ML33MI 29:38

Congratulations on the win. That trophy looks like some you win at a BMX track lol. Don't use atf. It's ok for farm trucks but not spinning 6200. RPM. If will foam up bad. Best to find a high quality anti foaming fluid. Or different pulleys to slow down the rotation at the pump. As for the bog in the center. A don't use any type of Ethanol gas. None Ethanol only. Don't know what carb you using but if a holly 4 barrel dubel pumper or even a 4412. Step down the right side jet or increase the left side. Only like 1 to two sizes. When the car is in the corners the fuel is in such load to the right it over loads the right jet and starving the left. This help even them out.as well if it's a 4 barrel you can play with float setting front to back. When you drive in the front bowl increase volume by g force shutting off the float wheel the rear decrease operating the float causing a flooding out on the rear and a lack of fuel in the front lowering the rear and increase the front will even them out. I know it's a book but hope you understand what I'm saying and hope it helps you
@CherezianRacing5 ай бұрын
Thanks man. I already run a big pulley on the PS pump to slow it down. And good to know about the carb stuff

Congrat. What we do with my dads late model and the wide nose in the inclosed trailer is we use a old door panel or something like that to put infront of the cable or the corner of the trailer so when u go into the trailer it runs on that and clears it

air getting into the steering system. that's why its foaming... The power steering pump will cause a suction effect in the pump and then pressurise the system. Look for loose hose clips, damaged piping, and leaking seals on the pump body between the pump and its fluid reservoir. some way though a lil pin or a bad seal air is getting in, and it wont matter if u bleed with that pin hole or seal leaking as soon as u run it its gonna fill up with air and foam again

G'day mate! I use what we call in Australia UTTO oil it stands for universal tractor transmission oil it's designed for wet clutches in tractors and hydraulics it has a higher boiling point and relatively cheap! Shell Rotella HD tractor transmission & hydraulic fluid is the what I found that's similar in the USA but any brand would work!

Been watching u a few years now. Finally u have something drivable ur motor has been saving u with the 3 wheel corner . Keep going that direction it has good rotation almost too much when u throw it in the corner. Ur definitely doing a great job but imagine using all that momentum ur losing pitching it in the corner all that bite u keep adding is actually hurting u off the corner. I know it sounds crazy. Definitely out of respect just throwing something out there
@CherezianRacing5 ай бұрын
Thank you. Still dont have it turning good enough on its own so have to throw it in for now, but its getting better for sure
@ScottEzell-if6te5 ай бұрын
@CherezianRacing I've also learned when adjusting for my driver getting into the corner have to pay closest attention to if he's on the throttle or not bc if u enter the corner (start turning the wheel) on the throttle adding left rear spring will actually free u up but if ur out of throttle adding rr spring frees u up

Get some plywood and some 2x4's and 3 or 4 hinges . Make a fold out ramp extention for that trailer . Let the big door down , fold out the extention and your ready to roll . Also with the carburetor , it sounds like you need more of a pump shot . Air is imediate , pumping fuel lags . Give it a bigger shot . And you might look into your timing , sometimes a welded up distributor will retard timing . I allways run springs and weights . And floats too high will let fuel spill over in the corners without a hose connecting front and rear bowls .

Ok thanks for the help and for watching!
