Same for any engineering degrees, just finished all the subjects and you are an engineer already in just for years. If you just finished first year or 2nd or3rd year, still they would reward you a diploma or certificate and work right away.

In Victoria just apply for grad program post your study for RN . part of training. No examination neede.

Walang board exam but you still have to do your IELTS

yes, but if you are international student , you are required to do IELTS or OET to meet the English requirements so you can register with AHPRA. So you can practice as an RN

As a nursing international student is Australia is not easy although without board exam, but you need to pass those subjective modules and ielts.

Kaya ung mga bagsak sa pinas na hindi pumapasa sa NLE, pwde pa kayo maging RN since poor ang education level d2. d2 walang board exam.
