Pinch of Nom - Crustless Quiche Lorraine - Quick and Easy

This is T's take on the Crustless Quiche Lorraine from the Pinch of Nom Quick and Easy book.
This really is a simple thing to make and it tastes good to either served hot or cold.
I love a cold chunk for lunch with a few bits of salad. You can make this up and it keeps in the fridge for several days and its just 336kcal per serving.
Depending which diet plan you're following this can be virtually free or no count. On Grow Everyday Balance this is just 50kcal for 1/8th slice.
Its pretty good for #SlimmingWorld & #Weightwatchers to, but if you follow those plans you'll have to work out the points or syns yourself.

Why not just skip the onion? It Will still work.

Skip the onion if your family doesn't eat it. You can add anything else. Once there's cheese and eggs, anything else is good.
