for crispy tofu cubes: cut slices press between kitch towels cut cubes and put in a bowl flavour however you want add oil to the bowl to coat the cubes add starch and stir until every cube has a thin layer of oil/starch batter fry with a little bit of oil until super crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside The result is crispier and not as dried out as the crispy versions shown in the video.

Secret top tip : freeze your pressed dofu for a day or two before use - it becomes a little less soft still, and porous (like a sponge) to soak up your sauce : )

And then I put on my dried cold tofu it’s if I have like 5-10 min too cook something quick and chop green onions to place on top add rice under neath too mix it together I also add Siraci sauce

You forgot to mention that not only does drying the tofu out make it cook better, it makes it so that it will soak up all that yummy marinade better. look at it like a sponge if you take a wet sponge and put it in a bowl of water it will not absorb the water. put a dry sponge in that water and it will soak it right up. the dryer the tofu the better the absorption. and the better the texture too

I usually cut the tofu into logs, fry them, and then plop them in a baggy with Mr. Yoshida's Teriyaki sauce to make them flavorful, and while it probably isn't the best method it's still very flavorful and so delicious. From there I can put them in veggie wraps or sushi burritos. I'm definitely going to try a couple of these other methods out, thanks so much
