I use pine tar soup every Friday. I've noticed the pine tar soap from the stores isn't very dense. So the bar will dissolve in only 3-4 washes. I use luxurious pine tar soap. It's very dense and lasts a lot longer. Plus the small batch companies just feels like it's better quality. I also wash my entire body with it every Friday as well. It's made my skin feel better. I highly recommend pine tar soap. And yes lux has a hard time keeping stocked up. But he has his batches timed just right to were I never run out. I've been using it for a couple years now.

I don't find it difficult to comb my hair after using pine tar soap and no conditioner after. Can it be used daily on my skin? I'm hoping it'll help with my bacne now that I have a back scrubby brush.

Yeah, absolutely fine daily on the skin

Hello sir! I am also a teacher, however I am a first year Music teacher (specifically band). My question isn’t related to the pine tar soap, so I do apologise. My question is whether or not you have tried any CBD infused beard oils? Fable Beard Co has an oil infused with CBD cleverly named “The Grower”. Just curious as to your thoughts on these types of oils and whether or not they have any benefits or disadvantages!

I have tried the grower, and love it! Disadvantage would be it costs more. Advantage is that it is an amazing ingredient for hair health and growth!

I kinda get that stripped feeling after using the reformulated SP beard conditioner.. lol. Any thoughts on Dr. Squacth? Been looking for more natural soaps, conditioners, and shampoos to use in general

I have not tried them, but I have heard good things!

I just found your videos after a family member suggested I look into them. I'm newer to the beard game and I am enjoying the journey. Question: I have found that most products contain either aloe vera (washes) or coconut oils (oils and butter), which my spouse is allergic to, can you recommend products that don't have either? I figure if anyone would know, it'd be you.

Welcome and big thank you to that family member! Give Beard Octane a look! That is tough with coconut oils, I cannot think of any off the top of my head. I will keep this comment in mind and try to come back to it

Been using pine tar soap for over 15 years. I have skin issues and allergic to most soap/shampoo chemicals.

If anyone else out there recommended this stuff I would probably avoid it. If you are using it on your beard I feel a lot better about giving it a try. Thanks for the education.

Is glycerin really terrible for your beard bc I know of some new products that are out that have it in them
@DanCBearded4 жыл бұрын
No, it is not terrible at all. It is a natural ingredient that is great for trapping moisture on your skin and hair. It has some great purposes

@@dylanparris4564 Yup I watched it and Scuba wasn't crazy about the glycerin. You cannot go wrong asking The Trusted Teacher Dan C! I love both channels, Scoobs for the laughs and DanC for the facts!
