Personal experience here. I’ll give it to you straight; Activating your Third Eye before your nervous system is ready to handle such powerful energy might actually cause your body to self-combust; if not, at least cripple your joints or mess with your mental state, etc. This has happened before to spiritual seekers who were practicing Kundalini Yoga, etc, but nobody wants to talk about it. This is why ancient spiritual teachings recommend that you work with a legitimate spiritual teacher or follow teachings such as The Course of Miracles. Divine Energy is already alive within us, and it will slowly and carefully open your pineal gland when your nervous system is able to handle it with the proper guidance (everyone’s nervous system is different). Find your spiritual teacher, and please be especially careful with any sort of spiritual breathing exercises or anything that urges you to manipulate your pineal gland. Leave it alone! He was probably doing some form of a hallucinogenic. There are people who reached the seventh chakra by doing Hallucinogenics and there are people who reach the seventh chakra with just with pure meditation. And there are people like Tesla and da Vinci and mosque and lots of other of the most brilliant people that have ever lived on the planet. Their minds are always 100% lit up. Most people don't know how to reach those upper levels of consciousness but it was a practice a few thousand years ago that was a popular thing in the world and the knowledge was mostly lost. Just like the knowledge of frequencies being able to move and change the physical structure of anything is absolutely phenomenal. Once you see that happen with your own eyes you will never think like you did before it. that is how the ancient societies of this world managed to move around stones that were perfectly cut weighing more than 1000 times wherever they wanted to with exact precision. the world is not wooded appears to be to everybody for the most part. Are we living in matrix or not? That is a mind blowing thought that cannot be proven so far.
