To make them even more delicious, use chopped up FRESH pineapple. You can't beat it cos it tastes so much better than canned.

I wonder if I could use drained, crushed pineapple in the butter/coconut mix? These are easy, but for some reason I feel a need to make them even easier! LOL Thanks for sharing!

The coconut here in the US is in flakes and not powder like I see in the recipe. Can I use the flakes and have the same effect or do I need to ground the flakes into powder?
