PINEAPPLE SHRIMP AND SALMON FRIED RICE || PINEAPPLE BOWL || TERRI-ANN’S KITCHEN

Pineapple Shrimp and Salmon fried Rice
-----------------------
1 pineapple cut into half (remove insides)
1-2 cups cooked rice
250g shrimp
2 salmon fillets
1/4 red,green,yellow,bell pepper (chopped)
1/2 red onion chopped
2-4 slices lemon
1 small carrot (chopped)
1 spring onion (chopped)
1/2 cup mixed veg
1-2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup pineApple
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 -2 tbsp oyster sauce
(Parsley and Sweet chilli sauce for garnishing at the end is optional)
Season shrimp and salmon each with
--------------------
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp seafood and fish seasoning
1 tsp green seasoning
Fry for 3-6 minutes on medium low heat.

It’s fresh herbs blended together so it tastes like raw garlic, onions, peppers etc
