Thank you for posting a good dessert for 2 and they are great portion control. I love to bake but I will get tired of a regular dessert. The recipes do not call for alot of ingredients and you have them in your pantry. I will have to make this. Thank you again. I hope you will continue to post small desserts. I love to bake in ramekins and they are great for portion control. I do the same thing you do, put them in a larger pan so you can get them out of the oven easier. I love sweets.

Gonna do this in the air fryer by converting the temp and times for the air fryer. I'll make both and just put one of them in the fridge with plastic wrap on top or something and eat one of them with my lunch. I can't wait to make it. Thanks for your channel.

Or, you can put a piece of bread in the container also...does the same thing...also works for cookies that have gotten hard.
