Hey Jim! Yes Marc is the perfect guy to be in the backcountry with. Black bear sausages are made from black bear meat mixed with a little bit of pork and spices. So I think it is the black bear you think 😂. Appreciate you watching Brother! 👊🏻👍🏻

Cooking and eating outdoors is always awesome with a little pre-trip planning.... That type of camping would make me sleep with one eye open thinking a bear would come pay me a visit for eating bear sausage....LOL.... Got to follow safe practices even when doing the simplest of things too.....😮

SK we had bear spray and bear bangers and we were very careful to leave no smells around camp and hang our food away from the camp. We make bear safety a top priority but we certainly don’t let bears keep us from the outdoors. Appreciate you Brother!! 👊🏻👍🏻
