This is one of the most beautifully made films about consent and sexual harassment and how power can hide the truth. The acting is wonderful and this was made even before the 'metoo' stuff emerged in india. You guys will like it a lot! Its as good as the trailer for sure🙌

Pink is a powerful statement on the existing feudal mindset of a majority of India, where men and women are judged by a different yardstick. And if the man happens to be from a powerful family, then the fight for justice is even more skewed. As it happens here, Minal, Falak and Andrea, three middle-class normal working girls, are just out for a regular night of fun. Post a rock concert they accept a dinner invitation from Rajveer and two others to a resort in Surajkund. Unfortunately the evening takes an ugly turn for them after a couple of drinks. Andrea finds herself being touched inappropriately by Dumpy (Raashul Tandon) and Rajveer forces himself onto Minal, despite her clearly saying ‘No’ to his advances. In self-defense she picks up a bottle and smashes it on his eye, leaving him bleeding. The girls return to their home hoping the night will just fade away. But their lives are turned into a living hell by the guys who malign and intimidate them in every way possible. The ultimate blow comes when Rajveer uses his powerful connections to file a wrong FIR against the girls labelling them prostitutes. When the matter comes up in court with defense lawyer Deepak Sehgall (Amitabh), who has a bipolar disorder, representing the girls, the film takes a dramatic turn. The court-room sequence, which is inspired by Jonathan Kaplan’s The Accused (1988), where the accused Minal is asked scathing questions on her virginity and drinking habits lays bare the double standards of the society we live in. Pink questions the society’s mindset where we think girls with short hemlines and those who enjoy a drink with men are low on morals. It also tells you that whether a woman is a sex-worker, wife or slave, if she says ‘no’ to being touched, then no man has the right to force himself on her. Or outrage her modesty.

Another great reaction guys. Unfortunately rape incidents in India, in recent times have been absolutely disgusting and frustrating because, as portrayed in the movie, the girl is accused of being dressed inappropriately, partying late or inviting male attention by "asking for it". A great portrayal of this was done by All India Bakchod in the video "It's your fault". The case of Nirbhaya (2012) is a real life incident of a girl who sadly passed away after being raped repeatedly by 6 people (please read about it). The verdict of the case was death penalty for 5 convicts in 2017 (Yes, it took so long to get justice for the unspoken, demonic things done by the rapists). The movie did very well as it hit base with a very shameful but undeniable truth of the society. The role of one of the attorneys is played by the LEGENDARY Amitabh Bachchan, a gem of Indian Cinema. A few recent movies of his you should react to are PIKU (They mentioned the name in the beginning of the trailer) PAA (He plays the role of a kid suffering from Progeria) Keep up the reaction guys!

Oh my god.... I am so glad you reacted to this movie. This is an excellent movie. It is not a true story but so familiar given the current social climate globally. I don’t wanna give away anything but the trailer is totally deceiving when you try to guess the plot(in a good way). 30 mins into the movie and every possible notion that you had based on the trailer goes out the window and you are just left with an incredible performances by Amitabh bachchan(he is probably the robert de niro of india, to give you a reference for his acting caliber), Tapsee Panu, Angad Bedi, Kriti Kulhari and the rest of the supporting cast. A total must watch. Btw.. you guys are great...keep delivering the juicy content!!!! :D

You should watch this it's 3 girls (friends) who were attacked by 3 guys (friends). The older actor Amitabh Bachchan is playing a retired detective and helping the girls, harshly questioning them to get the truth and help them win justice which he does. He's not a creep they just make him seem like that in the beginning of the movie, he's wearing a mask so he doesn't breathe air that's not clean.

The third girl from the group of girls felt cornered and even though she didn't excepted money she still accepted it after that their case became weak in the court ... But at the end they won ... And this film has a message for boys who don't take no as an answer ... For Rapists it may be a pleasure activity but the consequences of it in a women's life extend not only on physical level but psychological level as well ... And to a women it may feel like living in a body which was touched by impure intension and it soul rippiy to live in that same body ... It takes a lot of courage and support to rebound back in to life ... Many women live as broken souls ... Some may not heal from the trauma their whole lives ... This is not for the real men ..... but this things is to be understood by rapist mentality people who call themselves men but they aren't .
