Nice lesson! Can anyone help me work out the timing/count for the run down from fret 10. I know the chords, but there is a strumming and counting thing going on. I was a drummer so I get things like 1&2...3 and a 4...etc. Trying to figure out I guess the rhythm and right hand. Such an iconic tune I don't want to muck it up with my own interpretation. Thanks!

Think the original solo was recorded with a P90 LP. I think thats what id read years ago. Anyone confirm this ?

Hi CTCards, you're right. David Gilmour used a LP with P90 straight into the desk. During the first Gigs of the Walltour, he played the first part with his Strat and changed for the Solo to the LP.
