I heard Pink Floyd play this live at JFK Stadium (RIP) in Philadelphia way back in 1987 when I was a 17-year-old girl. I was there with my friends on that misty, rainy night, and every time I hear it, it takes me back to that night in September. Good times for sure 😌. RIP to Richard, Ruthie, and Bobby who were there that night but are no longer walking on Earth. But always in my heart & soul ♥️

С пивом - потянет, с видом на море... (шучу))) В 1977 году поставил вещь на 15 мин. из альбома 1975 года и пригласил будущую жену на танец на вечеринке у друга... Это было 10 июня. Отметили 9 декабря 44-ю годовщину совместной жизни и та мелодия до сих пор навевает юные воспоминания... Pink Floyd - спасибо... Ты - супер!

It is amazing how with one note you can instantly feel a chill reverberate through you. For anyone who has heard this song you instantly know the song from that one note. Richard Wright will not be forgotten as long as Pink Floyd lives. That’s an amazing legacy to leave the world.

A tune so far ahead of it time. The band was never the same without Richard Wright. Straight keyboards, minor synth , unbelievable sound. Atom Heart Mother was another you could tell by the 2nd noth played.

David Gilmour at Gdańsk so not billed as a Pink FLOYD concert - but really is. It is widely available with David , Richard and long term replacement bass Guy Pratt so you pretty much have 3/4 of Pink Floyd plus Phil Manzanera of Roxy Music fame and other top notch musicians and an orchestra - it contains some definitive Floyd interpretations. Plus it was the last time Rick Wright played Echoes after which David said he’d never play it again

Gilmour was a long term replacement to Waters as bassist on Pink Floyd records... Not always... Pratt, when he was requested to show the Comfortably Numb bass part on his YT channel, declared that even a spaniel with a head injury can play this...

Ciao Massimo,prova ad ascoltare anche le cover eseguite dai Gruhak for Boris ( live Dubrovnik 2019) e dai Pink Tones (live Segobriga 2016)le trovi su youtube. D'accordo,forse la versione originale rimarra' ineguagliabile,ma anche questi la rendono splendida! E poi Atom Heart Mother cover dei Pink Tones: a mio parere molto ben eseguita! Comunque sia....grande musica!
