So much classic rock is really this party music. As I get older I'm interested in stuff that I can sit down and listen to perhaps with a shot of bourbon and or a cigar. Nowadays that usually means jazz, but this fits right into that category. It's something that has interesting nuances and speaks of the time in our culture when it was created. Great stuff.

Underrated album with some great moments. Still brings back memories of road trips through foggy weather, driving up the lower Sacramento Valley around dusk or early evening. I hadn't listened to it in a while but find I still enjoy it now that I'm older.

Man, I ain't heard this in years!! All my ol' pink cd's were stolen... (and tapes) .. this is one I'd been meaning to replace, but just haven't yet! gonna do it straight away! About 20 years ago I owned a 1970 dodge dart, the body was perfect, and beige.. my idea was to get the whole thing covered in airbrushed white clouds over the beige and get 'obscurd' on licence plate... hehe... everything under the hood dry-rotted out and I couldn't afford to fix it up and do all that... was a nice idea tho..;) god, I love pink floyd! Meddle is still their best imho... ;)
