Actually I like that they're all the same speed, because I spread them around my farm and end up using all of them. I wouldn't want the scooter or other mounts from the beginning to lose any kind of value. 🙃

Hey, Josh. I think you can get the big brick maker from the achievement box in the town hall after you drain that lake. Also, that wolf is so cool!

At the drained lake, I didn't notice the floating chest. I noticed what looked like the remains of a goddess shrine. You found the glass slipper.... Maybe more to this area.

Ahh! I LOVE the pink bunny and the black cow! I can't wait to start playing - my copy comes on Monday! Regarding the animals and their location, I did have a thought... would they roam over a path? That would work for keeping out the weeds and trees, but also give them space to walk...

The wolf mount is not linked to getting to level 9 (maybe I should have specified that), you need to collect a total of 300 follower sprites then you'll unlock it at the shrine and then you can buy it! That being said, the fastest way to level up your animal care is making sure you pet, brush and take care of your animals everyday! Of course, if you have more animals to take care of it's going to be quicker.

How involved are the sprites? Are they necessary to gameplay? I'm not really fond of them and I just wanted to know.

SPOILER:: SPOILER:: SPOILER:: The sprites are pretty useful, they’re not super involved but they work like a passive skill. They effect things like crops, cooking, and fishing to name a few of them without spoiling too much. You find sprite followers by plowing and doing farm tasks. (Rough Example:Say you have 100 sprite followers, you can invest them in fishing, put 30 followers there and 70 in cooking.) So they work passively and enhance skills, crop growth and etc. There’s also mini- game involving them and a sprite shop system with coins to get certain difficult things to obtain.

You have to water it for it to grow, but I'm lazy so I just pick it up after it rains. 😬

This game the time is actually faster. Harder for ne to adapt since i keep losing track of time

Im not sure, usually a minute is an hour in the game and seconds are minute. I thought it was universal in all HM games, BUT it does seem like it’s a faster pace but I’m not sure why that even is. It could be because there’s not a running/sprint option and you walk at the same pace. ( At least I don’t think there’s a running/sprinting pace button, have to motorcycle/moped or mount a horse to get places faster.)

I purchased the Little Wolf on the Spirit Shrine but it only unlocks her as a pet. Do I have to raise it to get the mount?

They are two different things! After collecting 300 follower sprites you'll get the option for the wolf at the shrine.
