haha yes! When I started I realised I was so EAGER to see the cake completed and finished, that I wasn't taking my time on certain details. Once I slowed down and started to perfect the items a little more, it all came together more neatly. - But then it turned me into a perfectionist and I became VERY SLOW LOL It's just finding a balance x

Very sweet 😍... I had a pasta roller attachment for my mixer ..which I only used for fondant until I was cleaning it one day with a cloth while it was going...yep it when through and got stuck, then helpful hubby tried to pull it out with a pair of pliers..yep he broke it 😢😂🤣😂😘💐

Beautiful cake. I love your creative techniques. I don't think I have ever seen a tylo tub that big. I store mine in a clip lid jar so I can put a big lump of icing in it like you did. I always thought you had to let the icing mature overnight though. Good to know you don't. Thank you for another great tutorial.

Thanks! haha yes I got it from 'Cake Stuff', as soon as I saw it I needed it, I'm always dipping my paste in! lol You can let it rest over night if you like (I'm just impatient!) but it dries in like 1/3 of the time than regular sugarpaste so great for completing a model quicker than having to wait x

Does the tylo powder affect the taste of the sugarpaste? Lovely colours on this cake. I didnt know spectrum flow did a paint, i have a spectrum flow airbrush! I airbrushed my first whole cake black at new year after seeing you do one

I only add enough to give it a bit of strength so it doesn't bend out of shape - it's essentially turning it into gumpaste really so its not quite as soft to eat as sugarpaste but nowhere near as brittle as flower paste. It's mainly just used on details to be taken off, or on other elements added to the cake that usually drop off when cutting! lol Yes! New I think, comes in various colours :D Did you enjoy the black airbrush more than trying to cover it in black paste? lol

Oh no! Are you trying to put it through whilst its too thick? I always roll my paste out a bit first before putting it through x
