A couple observations: 1. On move 45, White can actually win with 45. Qe2+. Black loses if king goes to back rank. The best variation is 45...Kd7 46. Qh5 Qh8 47. Qf7+ followed by Qg8 and White wins. 2. Threefold repetition actually could have been claimed after move 71 but it wasn't called.

A STALEMATE!!!!! One of the biggest endgame mistakes that I seen was pushing to g6, instead of taking pawn on f6. This takes away the possibility of your opponent promoting, while still having a pawn to work with. After the queens are gone, black gains opposition & wins easily. Always Always Always take that last pawn. This game was easily 1-0 but turned to 0-1 that ended in ½ - ½

That’s not how draws work. When a position is reached for the third time, either player can claim a draw. Neither play has to. It’s not at all uncommon for positions to be repeated more than three times.

She definitely should have protected her H pawn better. (Passed pawns) are much more important. Also winning for white, is taking on f6. Pushing pawn g6 is very dubious. Simply just a mistake.
