Bro. You are an expert FOR REAL. You have a community of dirty roofs and houses with that Spanish Tile Roofing. Way to handle it.

Hey Cliff do you ever get complaints from neighbors from smelling the bleach on windy days or any days? If so how do you deal with them?

Hey Cliff, Question if you had to choose between a 8 GPM or a 10 GPM which one would you chose?

Nice work. You upcharge for the extra dirty roof? I do two in Doral yesterday that I quoted via online. So dirty I had two practically wash them twice.

Yes that is a factor in the price

Great video, me and my buddy have learned alot from you that has helped our business. Thank you! Are you using any surfactant on that roof?
@PinkFlamingoPowerWash13 сағат бұрын
Glad to hear it's helping! Yes I had some on there it, it's hard to see it on tile, it's more visible on shingle roofs and needed more on shingles to make it stick

The roofs down here are hard to clean with just SH alone. We mostly pressure wash like you’ll wash concrete. After 50 to 100 years of build up of lichen, moss and algae it gets very slippery. Have fallen and broken plenty of tiles and since I’ve glued sponges to the bottom soul of my shoes I’ve had no drama. You make it look so easy but I must admit that you must have big balls the way you get on those roofs, especially a big boy like you. 😁

The sponges help stick to the roof?
@burniesanders21222 сағат бұрын
Nice job as all ways, but I don't know how you be on those roofs with those steep pitch.

How’s your hand with that wand? I had to stop using was getting crazy cramps in my hand if I used for more than 2 hours. Got a water boss and love it, no issues. Good work!

Hey Cliff, i know you probably get this question like all the time, but im curious as to what worked for you getting your jobs in. I know you mentioned yard signs before. Any tricks to that? Anything else?
@PinkFlamingoPowerWash12 сағат бұрын
So many other ways. Yard signs are great (20-25 signs a week will.yield get you quite a few jobs). Facebook neighborhood groups, nextdoor app, networking groups, local networking events, flyers, door hangers, Google. Business profile , and business cards. All those are great. And if you want to push it further do some ads. I personal only do a select few, I get a ton of work from my Google/website and referrals

Yeah man. We have to be very careful doing roof early in the morning especially tile roof. I would have rescheduled for later that day or another day. It’s not worth it in most case. Great content tho.
@PinkFlamingoPowerWash13 сағат бұрын
Yeah it's definitely something to consider. We were lucky to get it done without any problems

I've been using TruDave boots. They gave me a 15% off code if you need a pair. Use promo code Pink15
