භාග්‍යවතුන්වහන්සේ විසින් දේශනා කල භද්දේකරත්න සූත්‍රයෙන් ඉතාමත් පැහැදිලිව ඔය concept එක මැනවින් දේශනා කරලා තියෙනවා.. තමන් කැමති විදියට යමක් සිදු නොවීම් තමයි අනාත්ම ලක්ශනය බලාපොරොත්තුවන සැපයමයි දුකට හේතුව.සැපයත් සමගම දුක පැමිනෙන භාවය තමයි අනිත්‍ය ස්වභාවය. මේ ධර්මතාවන් ගැන නොදැනීම තමයි අවිද්‍යාව.

From this intriguing discussion, I gleaned the following idea: You are infinitesimally small compared to the universe, and your lifetime is negligible in the span of its existence. Looking at external things we create a world within us ,by judging, comparing & contrasting people, things and incidents. That's the typical mundane life of a person. But try to think out of the box ..... and if we understand the true nature of existence we begin to realise how we can live without too much attachment & too much suffering . Past and future are just creations of our mind ...we hv just Present moment.

Nobody in the world want's to show people that they are poor. Even here in western countries everyone loves to live like Hollywood movie stars. In Srilanka of course people want to compare them selves to Bollywood stars. Most people in Srilanka wears clothes and shoes that are made by foreigners. I think we should all help others who are very poor and desperate even animals, then we will be happier and satisfied with our own selves
