Pinoy Joyride - Bacolod City Joyride 2

This was my other short trip in Bacolod City. The locations explored here were the New Government Center, the old capitol building where there are upcoming developments of Bacolod Capitol Central Palawud Grill near Banago seaport area and the Bacolod Cathedral.
About Capitol Central area:
- Capitol Central is Ayala Land's second estate in Negros Occidental; third in Western Visayas.
- The property was bought from the local gov't of Bacolod City in 2014. Before that, it faces a series of disputes against SM Prime.
- This estate includes an Ayala Mall, Seda Hotel, Amaia Steps, BPO Building, and a lagoon park.
- The estate will be completed over the next five years.

this year and years to come.. mas marami pa kayong makikitang bago sa Bacolod city of smiles.. the flyover at magsaysay avenue, new subdivisions,may condominiums na halos sulok ng city. the ayala mall to be opened this year,the megaworld soon to rise, the City museum and many more 😊

I've seen this twice in this youtube, and many times in others of your Pinoy Joyrides. Whenever I see a Jolliebee sign, I also see a MacDonalds sign very close by. Are these two fast food chains conspiring together? Hope not, Jolliebee is so much better than MacDonalds, and we even have Jolliebee here in USA, California, San Jose city. We have a few here where there are Filipino communities, but I think if they expanded more, they could put MacDonalds out of business in the USA :)

well it seems the strategy of the two is head to head competition. Whenever there is Jollibee then McDonalds follows vice versa In my honest opinion, jollibee's taste is different from what it used to be, the palabok, the chicken joy... what did not change in terms of taste is the longsilog but serving size also got smaller.
