Pinoy Joyride - Famy to Calamba Joyride (Laguna Dusk Joyride)

Laguna Joyride series - Famy to Calamba via national highway.
It was driving through dusk this time as we approach Calamba at night plus the sudden pouring of rain. Passing Famy - Siniloan - Pangil - Pakil - Paete - Kalayaan - Lumban - Pagsanjan - Santa Cruz - Pila - Victoria - Calauan - Bay - Los Baños and Calamba. We pass through an alternative road along Calamba - passing the Bucal Milagrosa ByPass road ending up along the vicinity of Ayala Greenfield and Turbina. Although in the video the place was dark.

Your video reminded me of a friend who lived in South Bay, by Sucat exit. He bought a hillside lot in a San Miguel properties subdivision in Tanauan Batangas. He built an African looking dome vacation home with wonderful views of Makiling, Ayala Greenfield, ABI Greenfield, Laguna de Bay, STAR tollway and Tagaytay Highlands. From there he would drive his family to all the touristy places in CALABARZON. He and his family loved driving to Los Banos and I am sure, if he still lived here, he would have welcomed this bypass road. Sadly, he migrated to Canada, just before the SLEx and the STAR was finally linked. Sigh!

Hernando F. HERMOSO We got a good country sir, rich in resources, we are a rich country unfortunately with "you know" circumstances our good riches and wealth are being ransacked by the "you know who" people :-( I got friends from other country telling me that our country "Philippines" is rich in natural resources, you are a rich country "sayang" was the word they used since they were familiar with Tagalog words too. This is why I chose to show drive videos of various places in our country, I am proud of our sceneries and landmarks. The more I go to remote places, the more I appreciate the Philippines that I only come to learn through Social Studies and Culture books.
