Pinterest is quite underrated. It's still heavily sought after by the industry's workforce but you rarely see it in the same conversation as the likes of Google, Facebook, Apple, and Amazon. They have a very nice office with a lot of perks and pays its engineers consistently more than many of the tier 1 companies.
