Mine did the same thing, would also stall if letting off the gas abruptly after first start. Thought it tied to battery or ground issue. Redid some wiring at the battery and rearranged wires on the battery and now it runs and shifts great again! I have a 40 and 15 secondary as well

I would say its those shift motors some being more stronger than others after wear n tear. the more the hours on the bike the more chance the shift motor has of miss hifting

Yeah I mostly agree. It's just funny that it's consistently only second gear that has the problem.

There is no adjustment. You're either have to drill a hole in the throttle body or rig. Something up to hold the throttle butterfly open a little bit

So starting to also add to mind on the 35% gr vs a 60% gear reduction on my 2015 p500 i dont want to lose to much speed i see you say you can run in a higher gear now down the trails with the 35% which allows you to run down the trails a bit faster i dont want to completely make it a tractor. Any opinion on that? Im thinking i may just run the 35% to get a bit more enjoyment when driving it

I would recommend doing the 35% because you have the 2015 which has a lower 1st gear. You basically have a wide range transmission. I think you'll be very happy with the torque in first gear and the cruising speed in fifth gear.
