Yep. With 5+2 offset easy. 4+3 will require a bit of trimming

You can generally fit up to a 31 outlaws by just bending brackets and trimming.

35% Terache Gear Reduction. It turned them decent in this pretty thick clay! But you got to remember the 500 has a lower first gear than the 420 and lower secondary gears from The factory

what gear reduction should be in that 300? my 300s setup the same with about 2-3 inches of lift and 28 aztex, i can turn them surprisingly well, id almost wanna say better than in this video for some reason, but just wondering what would be my best option, was thinking 40% might be just a hair bit too much

We're gonna do an 18% much cheaper and won't kill the speed. Cody Scrivener still makes them I think

@ yea that’s what i was thinking maybe, do you still have to do all the grinding on the inside with the 18%? I know reduction boss makes a 25% and was considering that too

You think 45% in portals and 35% in motor will spin a 38-10-20 bkt

Been there done that. Bkts and Havoks didn't pull nearly as hard as Aztex. Portals are too heavy for a quad, ruined it for trails. Also destroyed the frame tabs. Maybe if someone made a lighter portal that didn't add 4" to each side of the machine

@@hunterhogan07 oh I thought you were referring to the Rubicon. Same argument applies, adding that much weight to a pioneer 500 makes it unacceptably slow slow for me. But I might get around to it eventually just for the views LOL

@ lol in my opinion they look mean on portals I’m just trying to figure out what gear reduction to put in the motor. I rlly want to do the terache because it seems like better quality and comes in a lot cheaper I just don’t know if it will be enough
