Pioneer DDJSX platter (jog wheel) touch issues

I got a Gemini G4/G2 controller and my jog wheels doing the same. well one of the jog wheels. I'm reading it need cleaning. Help please?

Hi all, I haven't found a fix for this yet but it doesn't happen for me much mostly because I haven't been doing much scratching but I wonder how often it happens to you guys

Looks like you're trying to scratch in cdj mode. It will prob act like that cause you're not in vinyl mode?

DjTecniq but in only have my hand on it and it skips randomly. that's the issue and it shouldn't matter if it's on vinyl or not that is not suppose to happen

Would also def update your SDJ 1.7.1 is really old 1.9.6 is the latest.

Same prob but my left table doesn’t even pick up that i am touching it (ddjsx v.1). Seems like a short in the pad

Yea I think many had this issue so the build wasn't 100% on this version in my opinion

I had this exact thing happen to me you need to level out your platters by level out i mean hold the opposite platter and scratch the one thats not working it will eventually work hope i can help

@@maiksaenz8870 Eu abri a controlado desmontei toda, removi os Jog fiz e limpesa nos eixos e nos tubos dos eixo dos jog deixando limpo e seco, Assim o o terra mantem contato com o touch fazendo a funcinar. Isso é um erro de fabrica.

porem não é recomendado, pois nos eixos tem olho lubrificante especifico que faz o jog deslizar bem. Esse olho que causa a sijeira fazendo o terra perder contato com o toutch
