I fixed mines today, i have a ddjsx and I was having a issue where my right platter would not scratch nor stop if I rest my hand on it, it would only slow down a bit. I took it apart to clean the sensor. I notice that the round flat part that spins between the sensor was bent on some areas so I straighten it by putting it on a flat surface and lightly tapping on the bent areas. Afterwards I blew into the sensor and used a microfiber cloth to gently wipe inside the sensor. After I put it back together it worked fine

Did u make a video of that i bought an sz2 that has a bend on the jog platter and its not working it only works for like a second then i gotta try it again

Hi...i want to ask the knobs like Bass..Mid..Hi...can you spray them out(service them) or do you have to replace them if they start to short out?

I sprayed it out using wd40 fast drying contact cleaner. It will work on dusty knobs but it will not work if it is already in replacement conditon.. More likely it will work if it's just dusted

My Sx3 when I play VDJ little beat freezing like 1secound.i update Serato pro to 4.4.3 the latest one.the laptop iam using is core i5 lenovo.what do u think?

Try upgrading laptop or software. Sometimes, it's not the hardware but software problem
