is it better having this device or rather 2 xdj 700's with a mixer (not pioneer) ?

It depends what you want to do. If you want a full bedroom setup, get this. If you are a mobile DJ that travels around a lot buy the rx 2. If you dislike the Mixer of pioneer buy the XDJ 700 setup. Im thinking what to buy too so im kinda in the same position as you are. (If you are a fan of the XONE mixers go for the XDJ 700 setup or want to get used to look at 2 different screens ) The RR is really a nice standalone device for the Hobby/Small party DJ. The RX 2 more for Wedding etc. (for example needle search or hooking up multiple devices and booth monitor output)

Hi Paul. You have 4 Sound Color FX: Filter, Noise, Dub Echo, Pitch and also 3 Beat FX: Echo, Reverb and Flanger.
