Milwaukee has an 18v fuel portable pipe threader coming out in spring time. Be nice for steam boiler replacements. Have no boilers in my location but wish I did just so I’d have an excuse to buy that thing!!

Did you replace the baffles in the upper tubes? I’m sure you did but you know the haters are going to say if you don’t show it you didn’t do it. I’ve done a dozen or so R/T heat exchangers. They all have their quirks. Can’t figure out why the engineers don’t just design them on a slide rack like a blower assembly. Would cut down on replacement time, reduce damage to insulation and truly just be a better design. Good work Mikey and Daniel. From the old hvac guy in Toronto 👍👍🇨🇦

If they made stuff quality like it used to be, stuff like a heat exchanger would last longer than every part in the unit...

Anyone that would leave the heating tubes in the heat exchanger should have to live in that building with the heat running, luckily they did not kill anyone from the looks of their work from the wiring to their repair work on the unit.
