JFK Airport Hotel Not Cooling from Daikin Ducted Mini Split System

For the past 4 years we have been going to a hotel near JFK International Airport to refill refrigerant in a Daikin ducted mini split system that services the hallways on each floor. Will the owners let us perform a leak search this year? Or do they just want us to "gas and go"? While driving we encounter interesting individuals. Feedback appreciated!

A lot of those line sets that come from overseas aren't copper all the way through they're made of recycled aluminum so they tend to kink crack and leak or they leak right behind the flare nut...

very poorly recycled copper, chock full of impurities of all kinds. only thing worse is the brass on the market now, which they claim is lead free or very low lead. I'm guessing it's full of other very hazardous recycled chemical pollutants

I wonder how many pre-made line-sets are joined end to end to go four+ floors of height(lol) I can almost guarantee that's what they did, probably even routed stupidly tight against vertical chasses with firestop caulking and materials at each hole of every floor, complete with insulation ripped everywhere and possibly nails/screws into the lines.
