I was married at The Advent in 1979. I am retired now in Southern California now and miss it very much. However when I get into LA on occasion, I attend St Thomas West Hollywood which is a beautiful Anglican Church.

This is the "Chrstian National Anthem", (Or shall I say imternational anthem.), it is sacred, it is powerful & it is is triumphant. It rejoices & glory to our LORD - THE KING OF THE UNIVERSE. Trumpets & French horn accentuates the song even further.

Thank you, dear God, for the gracious bestowal of the organ playing skills of your servant on earth, Mrs. Sister Katelyn Emerson. Dear colleague. They stimulated me, even if it was unfortunately only possible via the Internet, grabbed my heart and invited me to pray. It conveyed strength and incentive that are deeply anchored in my heart and stay deep in my soul forever and with that I allow myself to honor and appreciate you in the most divine way. You played the content despite the video recording. made aware and listening and looking, I am part of the action, in prayer, in the organ. Excellent registered and articulated, highlighted and varied without alienating the authenticity. I thank God, thank you for your participation and I wish that you can continue to graciously use this gift that you received individually. With a bow and best regards. God bless you and our community. May we stay cautious and make 2022 healthy.

Very nice performance! Can you tell us which arrangement you used for the organ and choir? This was brilliant and sounds like one David Willcocks from King's College Cambridge.
@rebarnes22153 жыл бұрын
You are correct. It's in "Carols for Choirs 1" published by Oxford, pages 88-91. I use it every year. A short but excellent introduction, arranged by Jeremy J. Bankson, is in "Pull Out the Stops!", Volume 1, pages 10-11, published by Augsburg Fortress.

I will NEVER understand why churches sing this as a RECESSIONAL. “Oh COME, all ye faithful…” Not “Go forth, all ye faithful…” I’ll grant that it’s a barn burner, but that’s what makes it all the more appropriate for the feast day.

Let’s rejoice because soon the 1000 years of peace it’s coming, heavens are eating for the father in heaven to say enough is enough go my celestial church so this corrupted world can see my church and know where I am and always were in the Eucharist waiting in every tabernacle with my mercy for sinners to receive my body and blood but every day men are seeking the darkness of this evil world and my enemy the old serpent his glad to see most of all my children being lost in darkness with the pleasures of this world that my enemy is offering them 🙏😢 but it’s ok behold the lamb of god soon will be here and his mother his celestial church she’s coming soon with her son Jesus to proclaim his mercy his last mercy for this world so everyone can repent once again from their sins and from the way of they live before the reign of the Antichrist but after this amazing sign that will be given to all humanity Satan the old serpent will go after her children after the children of God to kill them with all of his anger but it’s ok because this will be our last test that our lord Jesus his giving us to see if we really love him p, so if you really love Jesus we have to Denise ourselves and pick up our crosses because didn’t our lord Jesus said to his disciples? If you wish to follow me you have to go threw everything that the son of man is going to go threw being condemned, put to death until we too will arise with Christ because our lord Jesus went threw it first and we to if we want to be true Christian’s we too have to take the narrow road, my lord Jesus here I’m do what you please of me and you my mother the mother of my lord Jesus help me and show me how to love and adore more your son Jesus in the blessed sacrament of the altar just like you and Saint Joseph did first before all men kind 🙏❤️😊✌️🇵🇹🇺🇸

It nicely played, but i would have liked more if they changed the stops, because all of it is played with only one combination, and this kinda wastes the potential of the organ to produce that wide variety of sounds that make its music such a complete and wonderful experience.
