Building up Piper and Lucy before I even knew about the rest of the Calydon crew was the best decision I've made in this game. Caesar takes that group to a whole new level, and she also works well in Zhu-Yuan/Nicole teams. She's basically the perfect pivot character for anyone who's still in the process of building their main teams; I went from struggling in the upper levels of Shiyu Defense to absolutely curbstomping each boss. Now, I Just need the extra Lucy from the diner quest, and then I have full M6 on Piper and Lucy.

@@Anarki10 with seth, no need stun seth gives +90 ish ap, with lucy atk buff, you only need to care about assault and disorder (if possible) i have seth with freedom 4pc set and bring electric boo bangboo (im anton main lol but turns out hes so bad)

I have this same team on my account! Except Lucy is also M6 with her signature engine just like Piper; and Caesar is M1 due to me getting a double. I also have her signature engine as well! I can confirm that this team is op!

Yeah, this is why I didn't pull for Jane Doe.. since she's such an early anomaly replacement for a unit that we already have.. the damage difference isn't that high. It's best to wait for An Anomaly later on.. or an anomaly that works as a SIDE DPS .. Burnice + Piper might go hard rn.

2 reasons basically: - Skip using final EX smash with Piper - M4 gives her 20 energy on assaults (30s cooldown)

​@@PremiumMaple1125 ​ 1. Not really a damage loss, I'll explain. Skipping the smash will not reduce your energy (since it cost 20 energy if you do it). For Piper, you really want energy more than anything so that you can do more EX spins. Having energy = more opportunity to do damage. Of course you can choose to do the final smash, I do it too. But you want to plan what you'll be doing the next rotation, since Piper might not have energy. It's your choice to do it or not. 2. If you are asking in general what is M4 (Mindscape Cinema), then it's the part here at this time stamp: 4:08. Piper's M4 gives her 20 energy if anyone do assault damage.

Oh Caesar for sure. They both provide atk buffs, but Caesar provides more than just that. Personally, would use Caesar in that last slot as well once Burnice drops.

BA into SA would give you more energy. Hold SA would give you faster stacks and let you maintain it easier. It would be completely your choice in the end.

Hi, I'm learning to play Piper, but dont know when should I finish the EX attack or cancel it I always spin after the third attack to spin faster but the player in this clip not, he just start spinning when swap to piper

Doing final EX is up to you or not. At least for me, I would cancel EX to save energy. For Piper, having energy = more opportunity to do dmg. The best time that you should finish EX is when the enemy is stunned or want to kill it. Regarding auto attacks, it's actually good if you do it, you gain energy that way. But make sure you can maintain her power stacks. I went extra safe in this run by just instantly going to spin. No energy problems for me too since I'm cancelling most final EX. This is just one way to play Piper. You can totally copy it or not. But the more you play Piper, the more you build your own playstyle. Enjoy!

S3-S5 Roaring > S5 Weeping = S1 Fusion Compiler > S5 Rainforest > S1 Roaring > other engines with lower rank and star levels. If both are S1, you can go with Fusion.

I love this team so much man. Do you think it's worth running freedom blues over that new disc set on this team? Piper already applies anomaly so fast, especially if you're running anomaly mastery on disc 6

New set definitely better to get the most out of this team. But you're looking at comfy 2-3 assaults during stun duration using freedom. Bosses feel like they're mobs, it's so much fun. I'll look at giving Piper atk% at disc 6 with this tho, might be the game changer.

Placement is completely up to you. I'm just used to Piper being in the first position.

@andododo Well at least the weapon stats (90 anomly proficiency) is fixed plus 713 base atk so it's a fixed atk increase as well. 36% physical + 40% anomaly build up incrase is great bonus when applied.

Neko and Piper might have to fight for on-field time I guess, you need to find how it works. I suggest give Neko 4 fanged set. 4 proto for Caesar. Then you can give Piper 4 freedom just to trigger assault and dmg buff, nothing else. Piper is replaceable in that team, with Lucy or Nicole since Neko need quick assist for her buff.

Is piper's skill without energy better than basics attacks? I see you rarely use piper basics even with low energy. Also skipping the smash to conserve energy seems genius

Debatable. I prefer it like this since you maintain power stacks easier. First tick of spin refreshes the stacks and procs assault faster even without energy. Now you won't get punished from it anymore because of Caesar's shield. But weaving in some basic attack is still important since you get energy that way.
