A short extract from the BBC's 'Kill it, Cook it, Eat it' series. Shown in 2010, the series took an in depth look at the processes and methods that we use on Pipers Farm, and used them as a stark comparison to the harsh realities of industrially produced meat. The series was a wonderful experience for us to film, and we feel the end product was hugely interesting and informative watch!
