I was 14 the Transporter turned Vamp. I convinced the pm that I was still trans and that 3 and 13 were vamp, since I transed them the night before I was bitten and I also said that I used 3 as a meat shield after I was bitten. Edit: Also rejoining chat after to all the love felt amazing lol

I hate when jesters target somebody, and when that person defends and gets the jester lynched, they kill the person who helped them win! As a jest I always haunt the ones that say 'this could be jest' or otherwise risk denying me the win, not the ones who fought tooth and nail to get me lynched.

I was under the impression that the point of jester was to fool people into mislynching you and punish them for it, and what better way than to haunt the person that hard pushes you and gets you guiltied thinking you're non-jest evil? Obviously it's lame to haunt when you know the person pushing you *knows* that you're jest and pushes you to give you the win, but in this case it seems like the jest earnestly thought Pipe was town who fell for the bait! And Pipe didn't seem to know for a fact he was jest, he was just making the best plays he could in case the jest was actually sheriff and he was framed/hexed, taking him down with him and buying time for evils. Pipe just played super well by convincing the entire lobby to guilty so he could inno in case it was jest, and it paid off!

@@0ceanking for me the difference is whether the jester is acting like an exe and getting lynched in a 1f1, or whether you end up naturally mislynching the jester because their will doesn't add up or something like that. It feels like it's more and more common to act like an exe, hard push somebody, forced them to defend themselves, and then punish them for defending themselves. Feels like bullying at that point.

@@adamperdue3178 I think I see what you mean. The 1f1 target does have no choice but to defend themselves, so it's rude to punish them for being forced to unknowingly help you win. Best they can do is try to get off an inno like Pipe did but if they get innoed down somehow I can't imagine that would end well for them.

Ya, they deserve to get reported for game throwing at that point. It just screws over vamps cause they get exposed, are down a member, and can't bite again till 2 nights later. Like if they don't want to get converted, then they shouldn't be playing CAA or a role list with vamps/NC in it.

Doubtful, the Crus was proven to be legitimate and said they went on Pipe. It's annoying that their misplay lead to suspicion on Pipe, but there was really nothing he could do about it.

Edit: Ignore all of this, I forgot Vamps couldn't visit N7 but hey if they could it was a guaranteed win It's night 7, GA has no protects left. PM is most likely to kill 8. Vamps can kill PM leaving the game with 2 Vamps, Surv, and Sheriff. At this point, Vamps have won because it's a 2v2 at worst and the next night they get to convert 13. If the GA still had a protection (5 told 9 to protect at the end of the day, so some may have forgot GA is out of those) left, then PM kills 8, and you have the choice of converting 13 or killing 9. If you convert 13, it's a 3v2 (3 Vamp vs PM + GA) and it leads to PM killing another Vampire when they can't visit again, bringing it to a 2v2, and then the next night PM and another Vampire die, ending the game with 1 Vamp and a Surv. Killing 9 leaves you with 2 Vamps, PM, and Sheriff. Sheriff either throws by siding PM (by not voting, leading to Vamps killing PM the next night as PM brings it down to 1 Vamp, then Sheriff gets converted anyway) or votes out PM and Vamps win. Vamps at this point have won the game as long as 3 isn't the only living Vampire assuming they DC'd or are AFK. Also in the "2v1v1" scenario they could just lynch Sheriff if they don't cooperate and then it's 2v1 and there will be 1 Vamp left alive at the end.

A couple things: I was converted n6, so vamps can't bite n7 (nvm I missed your edit) In the GA protects scenario, 3v2 the vamps can vote out the ga, to ensure a win. In the kill 9 scenario, not voting is actually the optimal play for the sheriff, as it ensures they're never alive with just 2 vamps, in which case the vamps could choose to vote them out instead of biting. Also any competent pm would not vote the sheriff there. But otherwise I agree

N1 and N3 are the only non-full moon Nights. N4 and beyond the only limiting force Vamp's have is being unable to attack after a successful conversion. 2 inactive Nights might not sound like much, but the early game is the most important part of the game, so losing half of your opportunities to act when it's most important is a pretty serious weakness.
