To answer that about the baker: Probably because they could still transform and become famine. If you didn't know what 7 was and nothing hit them, they had a chance with famine

My first Baker game was a full 4 apoc in All Any. Crazy easy game, but I was the only horseman who didn't transform. I referred to myself as "The Ringo Star of Neutral Apoc", and I feel like that's a good summation of Baker as a role. Next game was also Baker, but I was solo, fake claimed seer, and had the most stressful game of my life.

Amnesiac is such a weird design for a role The amnesiac has no control over what they become The killers also don't really have control over what they become since the amnesiac most likely will change off the first night's kills when the killers have little to no info and are just killing at random and outside situations like this where they get a unique role by chance, there is no practical benefit from the amnesiac's ability So the value of amnesiac is almost 100% random but heavily biased towards being 0 value or less since rolling a TI is negative value and rolling most other roles is no different from just starting as that role Amnesiac needs to have some kind of agency over what role they get, it doesn't even need to let them pick directly I would personally make it so Amnesiac has a day action that not only allows them to choose when they change, but also restrict the roll to specifically last night's kills
