I had a game last week as pirate that I felt so bad for winning because I tried hitting town and n1 I hit WW kill them n2 I hit pb killed them n3 hit the mafioso killed them n4 hit the cl didn’t kill them. Then town lynched me because I felt like I was cursed and outed myself saying “I’ve done more for this town than Any of you townies” I just wanted to die because I was afraid of hitting another evil

it's a double bait lmao. it's legit a 33% to kill. you either hit a TP or Mayor with protection, but die or don't kill 66% of the time, especially if you don't have a BMer. also you run the risk of silent LO or trap on mayor, which makes the chain even better.

I had a Mayor game recently with me being the last town in the game with an Arsonist whom I already knew of, a confirmed survivor, and a doc claim. Knowing that arso can’t ignite since they ignited the previous night, I revealed to clear my name and did a role call. I voted up the doc and guiltied them, since it was the safest option, and the doctor turned out to be final Mafioso.

In the Ret game, LO couldn't have lied if you think about it. Seeing 3 N1 visits is an impossible guess by any standards. Even if they were maf and knew their maf went to you and that you got healed, outing two maf just to kind of confirm yourself is shooting maf in the leg. So it was very apparent to me that they were telling the truth.

Eh, it's probably better for them to have a more reliable ability anyways. Reviving people relies on them not immediately leaving the game when they die. You really shouldn't leave as town in case of potential Meds, but it sucked to see townies die and immediately leave, making it impossible to confirm yourself or get them back in the game.

I feel like it depends on the game and if you have majority or not. Exodia won't save you if you two are the only townies, or if - like in the video - the other "TP" is lying and really an evil in disguise. Even if you're only up against a mafioso/mk you'll get only a draw, and against an arsonist or coven leader you have no real chance (iirc).

I played a few games yesterday after watching your latest video with the exe game. And a near identical situation happened. I was exe for 7, but wanted to wait until day 3 to accuse. So I claimed to be sheriff and n1 decided that I would say that 4 was inno. That night 4 died. I went forward with my plan anyways and then bemoaned that they died and it was a wasted night for me. N2 I got attacked AND 7 got killed. That night I had decided I was going to say 2 was inno, so when I got switched to jester I changed it to 2 being sus. The plan was to get them Argo on me to be lynched. BUT an actual sheriff had also checked 2 n2 and posted their INNO result right before I posted by sus result. Everyone immediately turned on me and I was upped. I “admitted” to being exe for 2, and how that timing was unlucky. Got guiltied and said. “Jk, jest is best. I was actually exe for 7.” I let it roulette, but mafia targeted the person my roulette landed on, which is disappointing.
