I'm thrilled to share my success story! After a normal delivery, I noticed a significant gap in my belly button. Despite initial doubts I started exercising on 22nd November 2024 ,6 months postpartum. I did 10 sets on an empty stomach and the results are amazing! The gap has almost closed and I'm delighted . Sir pls don't give loose talks , today Pergancy and delivery became as business. even in government hospital also they are not doing services r in passion way in my pergancy time i use to walk and do all home work i had spend one whole day in labour ward i had c section and i only know that what did they spoken and they behaved , it's very easy to compare , at grand mother generation and our mother generations most of them had delivery in homes only and that time people service mind too, so please don't give this like statement regarding delivered and their health. Pls avoid this statement

If you have dr problem, you can do now also ma. Otherwise do some core strengthening exercises

Very useful mam. Have been 2 months since my c section. I have just started doing these exercises. Kindly advice if 20.mins per day would be sufficient. Also, while doing I could feel some vibrations around the thigh area. Is it good sign mam?

20 mins time is okay ma. Thigh shaking is quite normal in the beginning. After few days it will reduce.
