I will tell everyone a tip. Biologically your sides will not reduce until other areas in your body is reduced. Sides exercise will only strengthen your side muscles, it will not burn fat. So if you want to reduce sides intake lesser calories. Take 1500-1600 calories if you are male and 1300-1400 if you are female per day. You can reduce 0.5-0.75 kgs per week. THAT'S THE ONLY WAY.
