Pirate Themed Room at Fantasyland Hotel || West Edmonton Mall Hotel Tour

The Fantasyland Hotel in West Edmonton Mall, Alberta, Canada is world-famous for its uniquely themed hotel rooms. One is particular is very rare and difficult to book, as there is only ONE of its kind in the entire hotel. This is the pirate-themed room, and we were lucky enough to book in!

Next time you come back to visit Edmonton, maybe you can splurge and spend one night in your favourite theme room! We loved the pirate room, but in full honesty, I still think the space room has been the best one we've stayed in! :)

Some of the rooms are really amazing! There are older ones that aren't as detailed, but I think they are slowly upgrading those over time.

That still amazes me that all that is in a mall. That is a very cool room. I liked Jack Sparrow standing guard, but not sure how I would feel about the mermaid watching me do my business. I never stayed in a place like that. I guess the most expensive place I stayed was at a hotel right across from Minute Maid Park in Houston that had a baseball theme, but there really wasn't anything that special about the room itself.

To be fair, the mermaid was kind of looking away from the toilet, so she wasn't so bad. Jack Sparrow was looking directly at the bed... a little unnerving. LOL A baseball themed room sounds pretty fun!
