In the same boat, I mean I'm straight up addicted. Even when I get kinda burnt out of playing I'll take a break but still end up watching some videos or reading/discussing the game on a few forums.

Sirens is an adventure map location, that can only be found from the sea. When a hero visits Sirens, 30% (rounded down) of each stack in hero's army will dive under water and perish. However, the hero gains experience equal to the health of the lost troops (with bonuses of Learning secondary skill). A hero can only lose troops to Sirens once, no matter if there are more than one location where Sirens can be found. After the first visit to Sirens, the hero orders his troops to stop up their ears with wax, which prevents them from the effects of sirens' songs. Bug: can be re-visited after a battle (fixed in Horn of the Abyss).

You can use shift+left click to select heroes very easily. Don't have to search for the right one in the hero list;)

From the HoMM3 Wiki: Sirens: water object where 30% of each stack in hero's army will be turned into an experience equal to the health of the lost troops. Should be visited once for each hero, but can be revisited after the battle (bug).

Makekith had expert logistics and woulda ben a good scout, a few small stacks would let him inflict damage with sorcery.

Hi Norovo, I'm picking up HoMM3 again, in no small part due to your videos. What mod are you using for all the control quality of life buttons? For instance the ability to instant swap units between heroes and to buy units directly from the main town screen?

I've played the complete game for quite a few years and I decided to get the hd mod, but when I click on download the browser says that it contains a virus, how many people have actually downloaded it and not had an issue?

Yeah, Malwarebytes says the same thing. I've had no problems and I believe now, the website TELLS you to expect a false negative

For a 'combination' map (ie land AND water) there really isn't that much water here it seems. This surprised me. Is there a 'normal' ratio, or do the maps vary widely? 🤔 You certainly made a load of progress in this episode! Well done! 👍🤗 M 🦘🏏😎
