Who can diagnose exactly what is going on (spine involvement vs. piriformis involvement). I’m much more active than I have ever been-and have a lot more pain. If I knew exactly where the pain is coming from I could do something to strengthen those specific areas. Chiropractor? Note: you are exactly right that this situation causes instability and then is exacerbated by that instability. I’ve had some limited success at feeling stronger and more stable, but looking for a focused diagnosis.

Love your videos. What do you do if you have a problem with si joint but also sciatica like symptoms. Could u still do the hip exercises without irritating si joint. Or is it best to stick to bridge only? Thank you

Good morning that 3 d video is awesome thanks and can it be uploaded? If the sciatica goes through the muscle, as you say with some people, how can this be resolved? Lastly I have pain at my tfl outer and inner thighs glute and in my inner groin as well as my calf and knee. My question is can all this pain be from an entrapped muscle? And can imagery identify the culprit? Pray I’m not asking too many questions thanks 🙏

If it's coming from the spine, is it best to see a chiropractor as well?

How likely is it for the small group of muscles around the piriformis in the glute to tear or detach ?

I always thought it was piriformis syndrome or sciatica, still could be, but the hamstring stretching is helping
@DeeDee-22 ай бұрын
It can be both, piriformis muscle has the sciatia nerve underneath. some peoples sciatia nerve runs though the muscle/

Thanks for your videos! My sciatica pain has been changing a lot. I have 3 slightly herniated lumber spine disks. At first my back was stiff and I had stabbing pain in my lower back and glutes. Now all of that is gone but I feel nerve pain in my legs like burning. Is it getting better or worse? Also my legs and feet are freezing all the time. Has anyone experienced that with sciatica?

Could a bulging disc problem turn into a periformus problem? Like, my muscles tensed up from other issues related to a bulging disc?
@Jdrummer775 ай бұрын
4 plus months of major sciatica it feels different therm 12 years ago when I had surgery for herniated disc. The muscles seem to have clenched up down there and won’t release.

I have slip disc but wheh the therapist substantially pressed on my buttocks area i felt the pain there. Is this possibly because of the piriformis muscle?
